These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FlashOps website and waitlist at flashops.io ("Service"), operated by FlashOps ("we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Waitlist

The Service currently operates as a waitlist for early access to FlashOps. By joining the waitlist, you provide your email address and optionally your name and company name. We use this information solely to communicate with you about FlashOps availability and updates.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the company you represent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit multiple entries using different email addresses to gain unfair advantage

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of FlashOps and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without our written permission.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to FlashOps.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlashOps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed $100.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may remove your email from the waitlist or restrict access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
